WHO WE ARE . . .

Animal Works is a local not-for-profit association that works with partners around the globe to conserve wildlife.

We are passionate about the natural world and and dedicated to conservation through education.

The Animal Works team member carrying out the workshop is environmental lawyer turned children’s author-illustrator Imogen Taylor.

WHY THIS VISIT . . .

Animal Works is a local not-for-profit association that works with partners around the globe to conserve wildlife. At 15 years of age, environmental activist, Greta Thunberg proved that children can be heard and can hold politicians to account for their lack of action in protecting the planet they are inheriting.

We at Animal Works believe, that for success in the conservation of our wilderness and endangered species, we have to engage with children from an early age. We would like to support teachers, parents and children in learning about the environmental issues that effect them and to encourage and inspire them as to what we can all do to save endangered species and their habitats.
